How soon will I see results from your coaching program?
It all depends of your program compliance. If you stick to the program protocol, You will see results within a week.
Is Macro Muscle, the only program that you offer?
No. The Executive Edge Protocol is my flagship offer. It's a 12 week transformation program that focuses on healthy habits, structure and accountability.
How many days per week, I am required to exercise?
The program requires clients to exercise at least 3 day per week. Ultimately, you will be exercising five days a week.
How often do I have to eat?
You will start with how many meals you are currently eating. Eventually, you will be eating three to five times a day.
What diet plan do I have to follow as part of the program?
One that is customized for you. Nothing that says..."I tried that one and it didn't work".
